Every two years, Heatonians get together to enjoy the best of what the community has to offer. We listen to local bands, eat good food, drink local coffee and have loads of fun!

There is something for the whole family: from jumbo bouncy castles to creative crafts!

The Heaton Festival is designed to encourage people of all ages to discover more about Heaton and what it has to offer. This is a celebration of our neighbourhood, with great food, beautiful art, fun sports activities and lots of amazing music – all produced right here in Heaton and organised for you by Heaton Churches Together.

Nova Radio will be supporting the event again in 2022, broadcasting from the main stage. As a non-profit, volunteer-led service providing entertainment and local information for the people in Newcastle and Gateshead, Nova Radio proudly supports small and local across the region and aim to do all we can to help causes and businesses right here on our glorious North East doorstep.
