POLICE APPEAL

Police are appealing for information to help locate a missing South Tyneside woman.

Neve Warburton, aged 21, was last seen in the Ponteland area (Tuesday) at around 8:20pm.

Officers and Neve's family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

It's believed she may have travelled to the Jesmond or Newcastle city centre areas.

Neve is described as a white woman, about 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with blonde hair and glasses.

She was last seen with her hair tied up in a bun – wearing a brown sheepskin style coat and light blue baggy jeans.

Neve, or anyone who thinks they may have seen her, should send Northumbria Police a direct message on social media or use the live chat and report forms on the Force's website.
